About

A quieter way to read the week.

Altair Research was built around a simple frustration: adding more lines to a chart rarely makes market behavior clearer. A useful framework should narrow attention, state its limits, and leave a record that can be reviewed later.

Why we built it

Less commentary. More structure.

Markets generate more information than any trader can act on. The problem is rarely access to another indicator; it is deciding which areas deserve attention and defining what would change the reading.

Altair maps each ES week with four reference zones, then follows the evidence around those same areas without moving the original prices after the outcome is known.

Our principles

The standard we are building around.

Publish before the outcome

Weekly levels are timestamped before the week they describe.

Preserve the original work

Published prices stay fixed while evidence and states develop around them.

Make freshness visible

Every view says which completed sessions it includes.

Explain uncertainty

A level can hold, weaken, or fail. The language should make that visible.
